Private Photo Editing
for the busy wedding photographer who is ready for more
Get back what matters most.
You’re running in circles everyday. You’re feeling the overwhelm. You’re approaching yet another wedding season not knowing how you’ll manage without help.
Success in life and business is possible if managed well, and I can help.

What You Can Expect
You’ve put in a lot of hard work creating an editing style that represents you and your business well. Now it’s time to grow.
A Relationship
Being a private photo editor is mostly a virtual gig. That’s why Chelsea works hard to cultivate genuine relationships with each of her wedding clients. Expect a face-to-face chat with Chelsea via Skype or Facetime for your initial consulation.
This consultation will cover all the bases from walking through your unique editing style, to pricing, invoicing, delivery schedules, and more. Yearly video check-ins happen at the beginning of each year thereafter.
Quality Service
When you work with Chelsea, you’re with one person, not a company of employees. Have peace of mind that your photos are being edited by the same person every single time.
Chelsea spends a great deal of time talking with you about your editing style, and the steps you take to achieve it. As a photographer herself, she knows exactly how important your images are to you, and works hard to make certain that you are happy with each gallery.
Quick Turnaround
One of the most important things every wedding photographer wants to know is “How quickly will I receive my wedding back?” Chelsea guarantees that your galleries will be returned to you within 5-7 business days.
We know how important your time is, and we want to help you make your clients happy by being able to deliver their precious wedding memories to them weeks before they thought they would have them.

Style Matching
Beyond our initial consultation to talk about your editing process, you’ll also be editing your blog images beforehand. We call them “anchor images.” These images will help serve as references for editing the rest of your wedding gallery.

Chelsea works hard to provide consistency in her turnaround times. You can expect to receive your wedding back within 5-7 business days.
Software
In order for our files to work both ways, we need to make sure that we are working from the same Lightroom version. We will be working from Lightroom Classic CC (latest version).
Invoicing
Invoicing happens once a month at the beginning of each month. the previous month’s weddings are itemized so you can easily verify the number of images edited for each.
